Who we are: Ledgerint is a quantitative-based trading platform and a digital asset portfolio management tool. Ledgerint's mission is to produce exceptional returns, derived from the integration of industry-leading mathematical and artificial intelligence methods and tools.
Executive Summary: Approval of the Ethereum ETF by the SEC on May 23, 2024 took the broader crypto community, to include our team by surprise. The formal approval of the Ethereum ETF is an extremely positive sign, and will ultimately support broader and deeper adoption for both the traditional and new investor sectors. As a result, we assess price volatility will systematically decrease over the next 9-12 months, due in part to the long-term positions held by large scale institutional firms such as Grayscale, ARK, Fidelity, BlackRock, and others. We assess the SEC, and the US Government will utilize the next 18 months to evaluate performance of approved BTC and ETH-based ETFs and determine legislative policies to serve as a foundational mechanism to pass securities-based transformation policy with respect to the trading of digital assets spanning the domestic and international environments.

- We assess both Bitcoin and Ethereum price volatility will continue to decrease over the next 9-12 months as established financial firms continue to purchase in large volume of said assets and adopt a long-term investment strategy when compared to the average individual investor
- Established financial institutions continue to purchase newly mined Bitcoins immediately in the open market, thereby setting the favorable conditions directly leading to optimal purchase price points as executed by each institution's trading algorithms; the ability for financial institutions to decisively execute large volumetric transactions while indirectly limiting price increases is a significant point of concern as the transfer of wealth continues to transitions from privately-held elements / individuals to established, publicly held financial institutions
- Potential future events of key importance to our analysis includes any residual decisions or effects as a result of the FTX and Binance legal fallouts and the impact they will have on established exchanges such as Coinbase, Kraken, as well as any perceived discussion involving KYC (know your customer) legislation at either the US Federal Government level or across crypto-friendly nation states within the international community
