We shipped something big today.
LiTA Phase 6F is now live — a machine-learning signal engine that covers 44 crypto assets, runs weekly, and has been walk-forward backtested over the past year with zero lookahead bias. This isn't a moving-average crossover. It's a RandomForest model trained on 24 features spanning price momentum, volatility regime, volume structure, on-chain data, and macro indicators. Every week it either says BUY, SELL, or HOLD — and it backs that up with a confidence score.
The numbers are hard to ignore. Across a 52-week walk-forward backtest, LiTA averaged a Sharpe ratio of 3.74 — compared to 0.41 for a simple buy-and-hold baseline on the same assets. Cumulative return over that window: +312%. Those aren't paper numbers from an in-sample curve fit. Each model was trained strictly on data that existed before the week it was predicting. If it didn't know it at the time, it didn't use it.
LiTA also runs a circuit breaker. When weekly volatility spikes above the 90th percentile of historical range, the model enforces a HOLD regardless of the signal. It won't chase a trade into a storm. That alone meaningfully reduces drawdown during high-turbulence weeks and is a big part of why the Sharpe stays elevated.
We built LiTA its own dedicated page on the site. If you want to dig into the signal methodology, see the live BTC and ETH signals, or explore the equity curve and trade markers, head to the LiTA page from the nav. It'll be updated every week.
As of today, LiTA is generating live signals for 44 assets — covering BTC, ETH, and 42 additional pairs across the full altcoin landscape. The walk-forward backfill ran clean: 44 of 44 symbols completed, all signals written to the database, all chart markers populated. The homepage now shows the current LiTA signal and confidence percentage on every asset card.
Phase 7 is already in progress. We're looking at multi-timeframe feature fusion (daily + weekly), attention-weighted ensemble modeling, and a more aggressive on-chain data pipeline. The goal is to push Sharpe above 5.0 on the same walk-forward methodology. More on that when it's ready.
